Now available at two locations:

  • Los Altos United Methodist Church in Los Altos, CA.  This group
    meets the second Monday of the odd month, 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM,
    in the Live Oak Room.  This group began in 1996 as a monthly
    support group for adult children of aging parents.  It has been
    expanded to include any caregiver of any aging person.

  • Highgate Senior Living in Grass Valley, CA. This group meets
    the 4th Saturday of each month from 11:00AM - 12:15PM. For
    more information, contact Senior New Ways.
Regularly scheduled hour and a half meetings offer a presentation
about some aspect of the caregiving process or a topic related to the
issues of aging. The meetings contain both sharing of experiences to
give and receive support, and information on resources and research.
The group participants offer as much wisdom and support as the
facilitators.  Participation is free.
