Capturing Life Stories - Preserving Stories, Values, and Meanings
- This dynamic workshop involves active participation and has proven
to bring a high level of aliveness to the group. Participants create
and share their stories and engage in several reminiscence
exercises that allow tapping into the memory bank of long forgotten
stories. Participation provides the potential of getting to know and
value yourself and your peers in a deeper way. For more

Memoir-Writing Group
- A group currently meets the second Tuesday of each month, 1:15
PM to 3:00 PM, at the Los Altos United Methodist Church, Live Oak
Room. The group is open to any interested writers and is free of
charge. The only supplies required are writing materials and your
