Senior Health Chats

Senior Health Chats are held the first and third Fridays of each month, 10:00 AM - 11:30AM, in the Garden Room at the Los Altos United Methodist Church, located at 655 Magdalena Avenue, Los Altos, CA. 

We are dealing with subjeccts that are important to people of the three "senior generations" -- 50's, 70's and 90's.  Please check the calendar for topics and speakers.

All are welcome.   We welcome newcomers to our warm fellowship, snacks, and stimulating discussions. 

No registration is necessary and you are free to attend whenever you are able.  Attendance is free of charge, although a donation is suggested.
