Senior Health Chats

Senior Chat is for you if you are a senior, or if you have an older person in your life for whom you are concerned. Our topics offer the latest information on timely subjects -- subjects that are important to people of the three "senior generations" -- 50's, 70's and 90's.  We have a friendly group, tasty snacks, stimulating discussions, and very light exercises to accompany our presentations. Please join us!

Senior Health Chats are held the first and third Fridays of each month, 10:00 AM - 11:30AM, in the Garden Room at the Los Altos United Methodist Church, located at 655 Magdalena Avenue, Los Altos, CA.

All are welcome. No registration or RSVP is necessary. You are free to attend whenever you are able.  Attendance is free of charge, although a donation is suggested.
